It's Strength is 190 points lower than the Assassin build, and its combined offensive power is 1024. On the other hand, it has 190 more Defense for a combined defensive score of 745. All in all, I find the Warrior tedious to play as, and am more than willing to trade the Hit Points for the Stamina, and offense for defense.

Description

A group of guards that protect Queen Taivra's Palace, located in the deep caverns of Myrellion.

Appearance

A squad of elite nyrean huntresses are circling around you, each carrying a long spear and wearing primitive banded armor over her chain bikini-wear. They’re each wearing a long cape around their shoulders, displaying a blood red sigil that looks like some combination of a woman and a tentacle monster. The guardswomen move with trained rigidity, attacking you from one side, then the other, probing your defenses. They don’t let up - somebody’s always jabbing at you with a spear or trying to grab you, making you defend from every direction at once!

Interactions

The Nyrea Praetorian guards are hostile when attempting to enter Queen Taivra’s Palace.

Upon first encounter, Captain Steele can choose to Leave, Attack, or Persuade them. If persuading them, Steele will have the option to use Sex or Credits. When trying to bribe them, they will suggest an alternative to credits, making it possible to use the Platinum 190 to gain entrance without having to engage in combat.

Combat

The praetorian guards are equipped with a Decent S. and nyrean spears.

Nyrea Praetorian combat actions include:

Spear Flurry - Several ranged penetrating attacks in rapid succession.
Backstab - Powerful melee attack dealing penetrating damage.
Posion Blade - Light melee penetrating-kinetic attack that also inflicts the drug-inducing 'Aphro' effect for 4 turns (the effect is additive if used again).
Spear Butt - Attack dealing moderate damage with a chance to 'Stun'.
Spear Wall - Special ability that greatly increases their evasion chance against attacks.

Resistances:

10% immunity to kinetic attacks
10% immunity to electric attacks
10% immunity to burning attacks
50% immunity to drug attacks
50% immunity to tease attacks

If defeated in combat, Steele will get gang-banged and will lose a minimum of 10 credits, with up to 20% of the amount of credits held.

After a victory, the group of guards will be unavailable for about 12 hours before returning to their post.
